On April 18th, the principal officers of the Virtual Consulate
Davao and staff members of American Citizen Services met with members
of the Ulama League of the Philippines to discuss current issues and
to strengthen the current relationship. Representatives of the Ulama
League took the opportunity to say goodbye to outgoing Virtual Principal
Officer Bhalla before he moved on to his next assignment in Washington,
D.C. Aleem Mahmod Adilao made a special presentation to VPO Bhalla at
the Marco Polo Hotel not only in recognition of his efforts and achievements
with the Virtual Consulate Davao, but to thank him for his work with
their organization.
