Avenido, Jr., Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Director; Ms. Margarita Cojuangco, President of the Philippine Public Safety College; PDDG Ricardo de Leon, Task Force Commander of the PNP AIDSOTF; Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte; and other PNP officials.
